The hotel is located in the heart of Kumköy, approx. 3 km from the ancient old town of Side and about 64 km from Antalya, and 200 m from the beach. With its +16 concept, it is an ideal resort for adults.

The attractively designed holiday resort has 322 rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception where you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail upon arrival and comfortable seating areas, as well as a lobby bar. Wi-Fi is included in the lobby, by the pool, and in the rooms. Buffet restaurant with terrace, various à la carte restaurants (included once a week with advance reservation and subject to availability), further bars, and a well-equipped spa area. The beautifully landscaped garden features a spacious pool area with a freshwater swimming pool, as well as a pool and snack bar. Sun loungers, bath towels, and umbrellas are included here and at the hotel's private beach section with a beach bar. All outdoor facilities are open from April 1st to October 31st, weather permitting.

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the main or an adjacent building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). (Also bookable under AYTB44 as Double Room Standard (DS).) Double rooms with pool view can be booked for an extra charge (PD). Double room for single use (DE/PDE).

Comfort Room

These are double rooms with partial sea view, located in the main or an adjacent building and on a higher floor with late check-out (max. 3 p.m., DK2/from So26: DKO). Double room for single use (DK1).

Super Saver Room

These rooms are identical to the double rooms but in a less preferred location and are situated in the main or an adjacent building facing the street (SSZ).
Also bookable under AYTB44 as Super Saver Room (SSZ).

Double Room Swim Up

The comfortably furnished rooms are located in the adjacent building and feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, tiled flooring, and a terrace with two sun loungers and an umbrella with direct pool access (PZ2). Double room for single use (PZ1).

Suite

The comfortably furnished rooms feature a sleeping and living area, optically separated, shower/WC, hairdryer, kettle, telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, individually adjustable air conditioning, rental safe, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with two sun loungers and an umbrella (S2).

Rich breakfast, varied lunch and dinner buffet. Late riser breakfast, snacks during the day, as well as coffee/tea and cake, ice cream hour at certain times. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included around the clock at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with still water, soft drinks, and beer. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
