The popular hotel club complex with 286 rooms has a lobby with reception, a small shop, a snack bar, 4 bars including a disco and a sports bar, 3 à la carte restaurants with Italian, Mexican and Oriental cuisine, and a main restaurant. The beautiful tropical garden area features 2 swimming pools (1 relaxation pool and 1 activity pool with a separate children's pool), including a lovely sun terrace. Sun loungers and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. The Allegro entertainment program, with sports competitions during the day and impressive shows in the evening, provides further variety.

Smoking ban

Smoking is prohibited in all public places in Mexico. This also applies to public transport, beaches, parks, hotels, and restaurants. Violations can be punished with fines or imprisonment.

Seasonal information

For stays between April and December, increased seaweed and algae may occur due to wind, temperature, and currents. In particular, an increased presence of brown algae is often observed in the Caribbean during this period. This affects the beach and the sea. Hotel management and local authorities are, of course, making efforts to clean affected beach sections in cooperation with municipal administrations. However, this requires the use of appropriate equipment, which can generate some noise.
